Payment
Standard method of payment is Paypal - special arrangements can be requested by contacting Amore Valkyrie at amorevalkyriejewelry [!at] gmail.com or via Etsy conversations.
Shipping
Each item is made to order. Please allow 3-7 business days for production and shipment, though most orders will be shipped next day. Most orders will use standard USPS first class mail.
All orders will be packaged securely in a gift box and recycled packaging. Shipping fee covers shipping, handling, and gift box/gift pouch and packaging costs.
Refunds and Exchanges
Items are returnable for store credit for the value of the item (minus shipping costs) within 15 days of delivery date. Our jewelry is guaranteed - if you receive any item damaged, please return item within 15 days of receipt and Amore Valkyrie will repair or replace your purchase free of charge.
The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs of sending returned or damaged items to Amore Valkyrie. The buyer is also responsible for shipping costs of newly purchased items - store credit does not apply towards shipping.
Custom and bulk orders are not returnable.
